What is true?
What have I been believing? What am I feeling? What am I protecting? What has felt true to me, even if it may not actually be true?

What new truth can become real within me?
Truth without safety can feel exposing. Truth experienced in relationship can become freeing. What I once only understood with my mind can become something I know within my heart.

What would I do if I trusted what I now know?
If this new truth is really true, what becomes possible? New behavior can become the outward expression of an inward transformation.
Truth awakens the heart. The heart develops courage.
